远红外整理剂
HOLPOSON® Cyclopsman
HOLPOSON®Cyclopsman 主要成分为特殊陶瓷粉,可长久贮存。此款产品是由东华大学博士团队开发的纺织品多功能整理剂,本身除了有发射远红线使人体体感上升的功能之外还有利于消臭吸附异味,是多功能整理剂。适合用于棉,粘胶、毛、腈/毛,涤纶,锦纶等各种纤维的后整理。HOLPOSON® Cyclopsman在:家纺、服装、袜子、内衣、手套等领域有广泛应用。

二、使用方法
用量:因被处理物的种类而异,一般为3.0-5.0%(o.w.f.)
1、浸轧法
用量: HOLPOSON® Cyclopsman 30-60g/l
处理方法:一浸一轧,带液率在80%左右,160-180℃烘干定型
2、浸渍法(适用棉、粘胶)
用量:3.0-5.0%(o.w.f.)
均匀化料整理液 浸渍温度40-60度(20-30分钟) 脱水(带液量50%左右) 烘干(100-120℃)
注意事项
1.配置好的工作液请在8小时内使用
2.可与柔软剂同浴整理,改善手感
贮 存
室内存放,避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® CyclopsMan
The main component of HOLPOSON® Cyclopsman is special ceramic powder, which can be stored for a long time. This product is a multifunctional textile finishing agent developed by a team of doctors from Donghua University. In addition to the function of emitting far red lines to increase the body feel, it also has the functions of deodorizing and adsorbing odors. It is a multifunctional finishing agent. It is suitable for the finishing of various fibers such as cotton, viscose, wool, acrylic/wool, polyester and nylon. HOLPOSON® Cyclopsman is widely used in the fields of home textiles, clothing, socks, underwear, gloves, etc.

Ionicity: Nonionic
Solubility: Soluble in water
pH: 6-6.5
Usage:
Dosage: Depends on different types of materials to be treated, generally 3.0-5.0% (o.w.f.)
1. Padding method
Dosage: CyclopsMan 30-60g/L
Treatment method: dip and roll once, with liquid rate of about 80%, drying and heat setting at 160-180 ℃
2. Impregnation method (applicable to cotton and viscose)
Dosage: 3.0-5.0% (o.w.f.)
Dissolve evenly to prepare the working solution → Impregnation temperature 40-60 ℃ (20-30 minutes) → dehydration (about 50% of liquid content) → drying (100-120 ℃)
Attentions:
1. Please use the prepared working solution within 8 hours
2. It can be used in the same bath with softener to improve the hand feel
